The oil well pump descaling device is installed under the oil well pump oil release device, fixed above the valve, mainly to prevent oil stains, rust, and other debris from falling into the oil pipe during the oil well pumping process, as well as dead oil and floating sand from entering the oil well during the pumping process, which will deposit on the fixed valve ball, submerge or pad the fixed valve ball, and affect the sealing performance of the fixed valve.
The advantages are: large settling space, small pump clearance, and certain anti air lock function. The inlet pipe, settling pipe, and inlet joint form an annular pocket for settling scale. During the pumping process, the oil and rust inside the oil pipe will deposit in this annular space. When the liquid flows through the inlet pipe, the liquid flow rate increases and the pressure decreases, making it easier for gas separation and also serving as a gas anchor.
